KITE: Today's top battle comes from the lithium webmaster. A virus comes along and threatens the very livelyhood of pokebattles! Jeez, how many times has this happened anyway? Not the virus part, but you'd think we'd realize that pokebattles is always being taken over in one form or another. We just rule so much everyone wants a piece. Battle #106: Ninetales' Blue Battle August 7, 2001 Setting: MOTO's house Player: MasterOfTheObvious Ahh... finally, I've done it. I've thwarted Bill Gates' dynasty! I've found the ultimate replacement OS! BeOS!!! Now, to install it. MOTO used install! It's super effective! Beep! Huh? What's this?! Windows is ANGRY! Uh-oh. Windows wants to fight! Bill Gates haunts me still. Go, Boot Disc! The enemy's retarted! Go, Boot Disc! Enemy WINDOWS used $F!#G!#!D What the... oh... no... not... $F!#G!#!D was re-named MISSING NO. VIRUS! Crap! The most destructive glitch causing virus in computer history! It must've been activated when I tried to replace Windows! MISSING NO. VIRUS guffaws! Boot Disc, use ACTIVATE! Boot Disc used ACTIVATE! BeOS was activated! Ahh, good... the virus shouldn't be able to affect BeOS directly. BeOS, use scan. BeOS used SCAN! MISSING NO. VIRUS was detected! No spit. I need to know what it's doing. MISSING NO. VIRUS is still active! MISSING NO. VIRUS is approaching folder "newlith"! Oh, CRAP! IF the MISSING NO. VIRUS gets to that folder, Lithium Version will be warped out of control! Plus, from that folder, it'll be able to get to other key system files. MISSING NO. VIRUS will reach the "newlith" folder in 30 minutes! Half an hour? That's it? There's no way I can do anything from the BeOS GUI... MISSING NO. VIRUS: Ahh, but it's worse then it seems. Huh? The damn virus is talking through my speakers! MISSING NO. VIRUS: Right now my mini-viruses are glitching up your computer. The anti-virus programs will be incapable of stopping me. And once I reach the newlith folder, I can access the hyperlinks to get to Yellow Version! From Yellow to Red, from Red to the Network. From the Network I can access all Pokebattles and exact my revenge on the entire Pokebattles Community! Even IRC will be affected! No! I've got to stop it! MISSING NO. VIRUS: You can't stop it now. Only 29 minutes left until I take everything. You must be stopped. BeOS! Activate the Micronization and Electrification equipment! Equip my Computer Suit (Author's Note: The computer suit, MOTO's armour, will be referred to as ComSuit from now on.) with the best Anti-virus equipment possible! I'm going in! BeOS used Activate! BeOS activated MicroElec Machine! MOTO was transported inside his computer! Setting: MOTO's computer Wow... so this is it. Line between BeOS and Windows is drawn here! Damn... I've got to cross this. Once I leave, I'll be inable to escape using the BeOS software. I'd have to find a place in Windows to do it. MOTO steps across the line! MOTO is in Windows territory! ComSuit, how much time? 25 minutes till the MISSING NO. VIRUS reaches the newlith folder! I'd better hurry! MOTO used RUN! MOTO ran and crashed! Ow! ...into MINI-VIRUS! Ahhh! MINI-VIRUS wants to fight! Damn you! Go, me! MOTO sent out MOTO! MOTO used his ANTI-VIRUS gun! It's super effective! What? It survived the attack? MINI-VIRUS used TRANSFORM! MINI-VIRUS transformed into MR. T! AHHH! NOOOO!!! MR. T drank milk! MR. T's health greatly rose! MR. T: I pity the foo who don't drink milk! I drink milk... anyway, my attack. MOTO used ANTI-VIRUS GUN! ANTI-VIRUS SHOT bounced off MR. T's gold chains! MR. T: You messin with my GOLD, fool! I pity the fool who messes wit my chains! MR. T used THROW! MR. T threw MOTO helluva far! MOTO landed! Ow. That hurt. Damn, I'm even further away from the newlith folder now, I've got to remember to avoid the Mini-viruses. ComSuit, time? Comsuit: 19 minutes till the MISSING NO. VIRUS reaches the newlith folder! I've gotta go fast! MOTO used CAREFULLY RUN! MOTO ran carefully! MINI-VIRUS appeared! It doesn't see me. I'll sneak up behind it and... MOTO used SNIPER RIFLE! It's super effective! MINI-VIRUS fainted! Yay! I gotta go fast... MOTO used RAN! MOTO ran and crashed... ...into BARBRA STRIESAND! Haha! Another transformed Mini-virus. MOTO used poke! BARBRA STRIESAND fainted! You know, I don't think it even spelled it right. Anyway... MOTO used RUN! MOTO ran and crashed... Damnit! This has to stop! ...into STOP SIGN! ...that was evil. STOP SIGN used FALL! STOP SIGN fell on MOTO! MOTO is stopped! Damn these stasis ailments! I can't move! Comsuit, time! 14 minutes till... ...I know, I know! Damn comsuit has to repeat the whole thing... well, I guess I have to wait till the stasis ailment wears off. STOP stasis ailment does NOT wear off! Aww, damn. Where's the justice! Where's the mercy! Where's the... hey, wait! Where's the WAREZ?! MOTO is in the WAREZ folder! YEAH!! ComSuit, activate the Copy & Paste utility I warezed last night! ComSuit used Activate! ComSuit used COPY & PASTE! MOTO was COPIED and PASTED into the Newlith folder! YES! I'm here! And just in time. There's the MISSING NO. VIRUS now! MISSING NO. VIRUS: Hehehe... so you think you can take me on? Of course I can. Just you and me, MISSING NO. VIRUS! One on one! Mano a mano! A singles match! A fair fight! A... MISSING NO. VIRUS: I get the idea. Good, I was running out of cliches. MISSING NO. VIRUS: Very well! It will be you... and me! Alright! Bring it! MISSING NO. VIRUS wants to fight! MOTO sent out MOTO! MISSING NO. VIRUS sent out MISSING NO VIRUS! I use my ANTI-VIRUS GUN! MOTO used ANTI-VIRUS GUN! It's super effective! MISSING NO. VIRUS: Ungahhh.. I hope that's sounds of pain. MISSING NO. VIRUS used TRANSFORM! MISSING NO. VIRUS transformed into DEB! Uh-oh... DEB used KAWAII BEAM! AHH! THE PAIN! THE KAWAIINESS! IT HURTS!! DEB: OMGOMGOMG it worked! That's kawaiiiiiii!!! You're bad at using Deb's character, MISSING NO. VIRUS. You don't even know Deb. MOTO used TRIBBLES! It's super effective! DEB: Eew! Un-kawaii!! Hahaha... DEB used TRANSFORM! DEB transformed into BILLY CRYSTAL! BILLY CRYSTAL whines about not being on the Oscars! It's super effective! AHH! DAMN YOU!!!!11!!!1! Those 1s were intentional, by the way. MOTO uses BAD SCRIPT! It's super effective! Hahaha... Billy-boy never could avoid a bad script. BILLY CRYSTAL's evade greatly fell! BILLY CRYSTAL used TRANSFORM! Will this ever stop? BILLY CRYSTAL transformed into STEPHANIE MCMAHON-HELMSLEY! Crap. Don't worry, it's a wrestling thing. STEPHANIE MCMAHON-HELMSLEY took off all her... Shut your mouth. You're a sicko. :P) MOTO used ANTI-VIRUS GUN! MISSING NO. VIRUS is dying! Fainting? MISSING NO. VIRUS: I am near death... but know this... the network wronged me, all my trials and >tibulations were for naught. But it will pay... my Mini-viruses were sen to your Favourites >folder as a backup and are being sent to Red Version as we speak... maybe they'll destroy >Pokebattles... maybe they'll have no effect... but it matters not, for finally... I... have... >won... MISSING NO. VIRUS died! Hmm... how sad. But I've got to stop those Mini-viruses! Control of Windows was restored! PC-Cillin! Kill all viruses in this computer! All viruses and mini-viruses in the computer died! Whew... did the mini-viruses make it to Red Version? Unknown. What do you mean, unknown? Insufficient data. Well, damn... those Mini-viruses could pop up anywhere now... at any time... in any version. Or I stopped them. They could lay dormant for a long time before they have any effect. Well, only time will tell the end result of this. Only time will tell... Battle used END! KITE: You know, I had a real toss up on what battle to post along-side Ninetales' battle. So, what made me post this one? Political Humour. Goes to show you I'm not all anime and video games...mostly, yes...but still. I can hear you all out there, yes, I have your computer bugged - anyway, you might say that there's only political humour in the fact that the vice pres is in this battle, I say you're wrong! ...he has an artificial heart! ...ok, you got me, the battle was short (j/k) Battle #107: : Vectorman Out of Style?!?! or The Answer to The Question or A Blue World or Pull My Cheney August 7, 2001 Setting: Sky Fortress Player: Plasman (Race: Orbot) Lalalalala...Hey this a Nintendo place!!!! ...uh DUH!!! But! I.......I'm From- DO NOT USE THE "S" WORD AROUND HERE!!!!! And if i do? PLASMAN's arm starts to melt! OW!!!! Ok! Ok! I get it! REX decides to look into the fortress REX wants you to look on the bottom, as he looks at the top. Alrighty then! Now lets see i need a light. PlASMAN blasts a torch that hasn't been lit for quite some time now, and has been hidden in nasty cobwebs, made by the Northern Black Widow, who lives in the northern part of the United States, and is highly Venomous along with its brothers the western and southern Black Widow. It never hurts to be to precise i guess PLASMAN picks up the torch! PLASMAN sees VICE PRESIDENT DICK CHENEY! Who are you? I thought Al Gore was the vice President CHENEY wants to know what YEAR you come from! uh..... 1996 CHENEY is astonished! CHENEY asks if you're a Democrat or a Republican Hah! i'm an independent! Hehe Orb against Tin...hmm..I know! Use Plasma Fire Beam! PLASMAN used PLASFIBEAM! Its super effective! Enemy TINMAN used CREAK! PLASMAN's defense greatly fell! It did? YES! Um ok then. Go ahead and use the same attack then PLASMAN used THE SAME ATTACK AS LAST TIME! Its super effective! TINMAN fainted! CHENEY ran away! Thank the lord thats over. Whats this? PLASMAN sees a hole! What could be in here..? PLASMAN is sucked in! WAH!! PLASMAN falls onto the ground! Where am I?? the sky is awfully blue.. PLASMAN is in BLUE VERSION! Oh no! OH YES! Wild MEWTWO appeared!
