Hello. Just got ICQ, as you see in the Title. I was wondering though, are the Tourney's held in an ICQ chat room, or if you do get into a Tourney, is there a certain room? Reply soon please.

You can just create a chat room with the first person that shows up for the tourney, and Invite everyone else who is online in.... (that's how you get in, if you are a partcipater)
