NOOOOO! Just yesterday they posted some law that kids under 13 have been restriced to come of the stuff! Including my email!!! Thus, willy1@ignmail.com(my email) is (gasp) GONE!!! Sorry Jason... Er... Your not happy right???

There's this new law (taking place today) that anyone under 13 can't have free e-mail, like excite or hotmail. I think it's pretty stupid, since people can just lie about their age or have someone else sign up for them...

Actually I have Hotmail and they just say you have to get parent's permission if you're under 12 (I think). But who cares? I agree with Pegasus750, you can fake your age and it totally don't matter.

Basically this law is making criminals out of kids across the nation, then. You wonder what these people are thinking when they create these laws... I can just imagine the FBI breaking into someone's house and arresting some 11-year-old for using hotmail. (Actually, that would make a good Poké Battle...)
