Haha! I'll get my #2 spot back in no time! I've got pictures of the Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Network, and Purple on my site (Too bad they're not clickables). Also, the banner is the current one now. Also, my site says I'll be updating twice a week which I did this week. But I'm not. Anyway, I've made up the new and improved Bob Battles! These battles revolve around Bob the Cameraman and Pikachu's tough journey to be a Pokemon Master, sort of like an Eric and Gyrados sort of thing. They're twice as long as regular ones exceding to at least 50 lines in each one. They're also twice as funny like Magikarp knowing Solar Beam. Bob isn't orginized and like Eric, his Pokeballs are unmarked. So, a note to Jason Ross: Plant me back into my #2 spot: C'mon, you know you want to.

Isn't it interesting... the fiercest battles around here are the ones between the competing Network sites. I wish you luck on your quest to regain rank #2, Purple Webmaster.

I've changed my update pattern too.. 9 battles a week.. one on monday, one on wednesday, one on friday! I'm also going to start putting pictures in my battles again, so you can't stop me from getting the #2 spot.. and you heard right, 9 battles a week! Of course, I added the first three on Saturday, so there'll be 12 this week..

What an idea! I guess I'll add that to the upcoming battles. I'm moving the site, but the archives will stay on Homestead because I'm too lazy to move ALL of the site. So the main site is on Geocities, but battles 1-8 are on homestead. By the way, iRate is opening today or tomorrow, with a rating of a site called Loose Change.

The battle for the number two spot is definately fierce. I'll probably make Aqua's next update sooner and bigger than usual just to make sure I stay #1.

..especially if I decide to add 3 battles every day.

GRRRRRR! You butt! The webmaster goes for quality, not quanity! And why didn't he raise my site design stars? I now have pictures on my site and he didn't do squat to my rating! NOW I'M REALLY MAD! I'm updating my regular site every Friday, Saturday and Sunday and my Bob Battles every day and twice on weekends. Also, I have half-days of school from now until Friday, so I'll be updating twice for Bob battles! In total, this week, Monday to Sunday, I will have posted up 16 battles! I'm getting fierce alright and no matter what you say, Orange Version. Sooner or later, that #2 spot will hail to me and you'll plummet down to the dreary #3 spot!!!!!

*L* I doubt either of you can keep up the updates you're claiming here. This rivallry is cool though. Oh, PurpleWebmaster, I don't think that the buttons are enough, for one thing they're up on top causing more scroll-down time, not table-format, plus color-coding like most sites might help.

And...You should both be glad I'm not one of those people who goes nuts when someone borrows an idea.
Not to mention we should all be glad Jason is cool with that sort of thing...

Eric said the answer to this as well - there is no point to having those buttons on the top of your site if we can't even click them. The design ranking isn't affected by looks alone, but by how easy it is to navigate the site. Also, as Eric mentioned your text isn't color-coded. Color-coded text alone would be enough to boost your rating to four stars.

And, to Orange's credit, the quality of the battles on that site is remarkably good considering how often it is updated. The Orange Webmaster is clearly putting considerable time and work into his site, and I think that deserves recognition.

I'm glad that the Network rankings are causing such competition, because both the Orange and Purple Websites are improving as a result.

Yea, the Webmaster does go for Quality and not Quantity, so this gives me the idea if I keep up my updates, not increasing them, i can still keep ahead of you and your updates, because my sites better!(J/k! don't hurt me! I know the idea is in your head!)
Ergh.. what I meant to say was that my battles are funnier..(j/k) er.. wait, thats not right.. Well.. My design is Better, and I do put time and work into my site.
You'd better look out though - 'cuz I'm adding ICQ tournaments, and I'm restoring the message board - I'm adding a poll, and a jokes section. Fanart and Fanfics as well, even if I don't have fanbattles.(...yet!) I'm still ahead of you in design, and I can make my battles a bit better, by graphicalizing them, which I'll do every once in a while to keep readers on their toes.
There isn't any way you can bump my site off of #2 just because of extra updates, and it doesn't intimidate me. (anymore)

Hmmm, so a fight for #2 has broken out, but I will be the one to get the #2 spot! *smirks* *Audience throws rock at him for copying gary* ouch, don't do that! *ahem* I will be changing servers again soon, *readers threaten to throw rocks at him* um, anyway using my new server I'll be able to get A site design of five stars, My battle quality is currently five stars, right now my updates are 2 stars, and it says I have 11 battles on the network page. Of course since I have 17 battles now, I'll get at least 1 update star, That will be 13 points, If that's not enough to get to number 2, then it will only take 1 more week to get into the #2 spot, and one or two more weeks after that to get a full update rating, that'll be 15 stars, Plus as if the new buttons and archive links aren't enough, I'll be adding Hypertext links that will allow readers to jump to the battles in the middle of the page. *Evil sounding laughter echoes through the building* *Runs out of the room chased by volley of rocks thrown by the readers and audience* Watch it!

Okay, okay. So I couldn't update twice a day so sue me. I didn't even update at all! But later today, I'll have my 5 battles. Also, I'm changing my main site to Bob Battles and archiving #21-#25 for your enjoyment. Also, to Jason Ross, how the heck do you color-code on Angelfire?

Yeah. A fanfic, Orange. That's nice...just like in Purple Version! I got an idea. I think I'll add the ShadowStar tales. What is that? It's my ShadowStar comics in book form. That may raise something... Also, I may have an idea about colorcoding...

Of course, as with the first season, the second will begin swiftly and end slowly..

All right, let's settle down. Well, I've got my money on Ilumia version for the #2 spot. This might seem Farfetched' (pardon the pun) but I think that Shadow version (or is it Dark version?) might actually have a chance of uprooting Aqua from the #1 position. I've seen the Webmaster battle, and if her battles are as good as she fights on ICQ, then I think Aqua may have an even bigger problem than the Evil Rabid Jigglypuff of Doom could ever pose. Hey, that's actually a good idea! An ICQ toutement between the Network Site Webmasters. That would be awesome! Jason, what do you think? I'l supply the Popcorn! **Grins**
