- This is really a non-issue. I site joining the
- Network always begins with one star in the updates
- category. With the Network becoming more and more
- competitive, there is no way that any site will even
- qualify for the top 5 in its first week. Instead,
- the site's button is displayed underneath the top 5
- for the first week.
